Eagle Lake Ball Room (Hall A) - Often used for wedding receptions, dances, and parties. It features a 5000 square foot space with hard wood floors, staging, suspended lighting, disco ball, and fire place. Large bathrooms are readily accessible through a large meeting room space/ secondary entrance. This hall comfortably seats up to 300 people with tables and chairs. The large meeting room is also available for rent separate from the Eagle Lake Ball Room. Great for meetings or small parties, it accommodates 45 to 60 guests with tables and chairs, depending on set up. Eagle Lake Conference Hall (Hall B) - Similar to the Eagle Lake Ball Room, but more basic and slightly smaller. Great for seminars, educational workshops, family reunions, or parties. Comfortably seats up to 200 people with tables and chairs. Attached to Hall B is a small meeting room for rent that accommodates 20 - 35 guests, great for additional party supplies, gifts, or break out sessions. Expo Units 1 - 4 - Extremely versatile meeting spaces. Typically used for concerts, parties, large trade shows, company training seminars and specialty events. Units 1 and 4 offer 10000 square ft of meeting space, while unit 3 offers 7500 sq ft and unit 2 offers 12,500 sq ft. Units 1 and 4 have load in/ load out bay doors, accessible to cars, trucks, or trucks with trailers. Each unit is accommodating for 350 - 500 guests with tables and chairs, or standing room for up to 1000 guests. Large restrooms exclusive to each unit. Due to collapsible walls in each unit, guests can use one unit, or expand all the way to all four, making from 7500 square feet to 40,000 square feet available. Eagle Lake Arena - Our largest singular meeting space. The Arena offers 34,000 square ft of spacing, load in/ load out bay doors, large exclusive restrooms, and ample guest parking. The premier venue for large concerts, sporting events, and trade shows. |
